If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, uwellsouthafrica reserves the right to deduct a $15 restocking fee from the refund of the order. Furthermore, uwellsouthafrica reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed and we are not obligated to re-send them at our expense.
